Workplace breakdown is at an all time high today. More and more we are seeing this not only productivity in workplaces but of also the general moral and team spirit.
RWS is developed on the principles of restoring not only the productivity in workplaces but also positivity in the workplace environment focusing on renewed team spirit and team building from a perspective most coaching businesses do not wish to consider. And we are coming from a unique perspective of both sides of the coin: The employee's side and the employer's side.
We have designed our services as a neutral go between. Our unique experience understands both the needs of employees and employers as we have worked on both sides of the fense. Common management practices do take away from the employee's need to feel that they are contributing to a greater cause but employers also have the need to manage effectively and to not fear liability in doing so.
This is not to take away from employer verses employee relationships. However, we view ourselves as a tool to enhance the work environments for both and thus the productive atmosphere of all companies/corporations.
